    锅炉异种钢组合受热面管热应力分析

    • 摘要: 针对异种钢受热面管圈的热应力特点,采用线弹性小变形、线弹性大变形和弹塑性大变形等有限元方法对管圈的热膨胀应力进行了计算.将有限元应力分析结果应用于异种钢受热面管圈的强度和疲劳寿命评定,扩大了异种钢结构的应用范围.结果表明:弹塑性大变形应力分析方法获得的应力值更接近管圈的实际应力;工程应用结果表明,采用线弹性大变形应力的强度评定方法能够确保锅炉长期安

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the features of thermal stress existing in dissimilar heat surface tube coils, calculations were performed to the thermal expansion stress using finite element analysis, such as linear-elastic small-deformation, linear-elastic large-deformation and elastic-plastic large-deformation method. Above analysis results were used to evaluate the strength and fatigue life of dissimilar heat-surface tube coils, so as to widen the range of their applications. Analysis results show that the thermal stress calculated by the elastic-plastic large-deformation method is closer to actual values; Application results show that the analysis method of linear-elastic large deformation may help to ensure long-term operation of the boiler.
