    50 MW生物质循环流化床锅炉三维冷态流动和磨损规律的数值模拟

    Numerical Simulation on 3D Cold Flow Field and Wear of a 50 MW Biomass CFB Boiler

    • 摘要: 采用欧拉双流体模型进行了50 MW生物质循环流化床锅炉三维冷态数值模拟,研究了炉内气-固两相的速度场分布规律,并对炉内磨损进行了计算与分析.结果表明:数值模拟得到的床层压力分布与现场测量得到的床层压力分布有良好的一致性;流化床前后墙壁面不同截面处的固相颗粒体积分数呈现上稀下浓的分布,整体上接近S型分布;前、后墙磨损量最大位置均出现在y=0.95 m左右的位置,且前墙所受的磨损大于后墙.

       

      Abstract: Three-dimensional flow field in a 50 MW biomass circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler was simulated using Eulerian model, so as to study the gas-solid two-phase flow and to analyze the wear condition in the boiler. Results show that the simulated distribution of bed pressure agrees well with that of actual measurement. On both the front and back wall of CFB boiler, the solid phase is sparsely distributed in the upper part but densely distributed in the lower part, in the “S” shape. The most serious wear appears at the position of y=0.95 m, and the wear on front wall is more serious than on back wall.
