    超低排放烟尘角散射法测量影响因素研究

    Research on the Factors Influencing the Angle Scattering Method Measurement of Ultra-low Emission Dust

    • 摘要: 针对超低排放烟尘角散射法测量不准确问题,基于Mie散射理论建立烟尘角散射仿真计算模型,结合超低排放烟尘的颗粒特征,开展不同参数的烟尘角散射仿真计算,分析了入射光波长、探测角度、相对折射率、颗粒粒径及颗粒质量浓度对超低排放烟尘角散射法测量的影响。结果表明:颗粒粒径、颗粒质量浓度和相对折射率对测量系统关键参数的选取有很大影响,光学系统的入射光波长和探测角度需要根据超低排放颗粒特征来优选。

       

      Abstract: To solve the problem of inaccurate measurement for dust concentration by angle scattering method under ultra-low emission conditions, a simulation model of dust angle scattering was built based on Mie scattering theory. Considering the features of ultra-low emission dust particles, simulated calculations were conducted under different parameters to analyze the effects of following factors on the angle scattering measurement of ultra-low emission dust, such as the laser wavelength, detection angle, relative refractive index, particle size and particle concentration, etc. Results show that the particle size, dust concentration and refractive index have a great influence on the selection of key parameters for the measurement system. The incident wavelength and the detection angle should be determined according to the properties of ultra-low emission particles.
