Abstract:
By integrating a molten salt energy storage system, the operational flexibility of CHP units can be effectively improved. This paper establishes a simulation model of a double extraction CHP molten salt energy storage integrated system, analyzes the power and heat load operating domains of CHP units under different energy levels of heating, proposes an optimization analysis method for the power and heat loads of two dual extraction CHP units and the molten salt energy storage integrated system, and quantitatively studies the optimization energy-saving effect. By integrating molten salt energy storage system units, the maximum peak shaving capacity ratio increases by 11.19% and 6.64% respectively under medium and low pressure heating mode. When the power loads are 640 MW, 800 MW, 960 MW, 1120 MW and 1280 MW, the coal consumptions after optimization are reduced by 3.88 g·kWh
-1, 3.68 g·kWh
-1, 4.83 g·kWh
-1, 3.11 g·kWh
-1 and 1.80 g·kWh
-1 respectively. Furthermore, an optimization method for the operation of two double-extraction cogeneration units integrated with a molten salt heat storage system is constructed. The optimization results show that the total coal consumption within one cycle is reduced by 4.36 t.
