    一种优化双有源桥电感电流RMS值的频域与时域相结合的调制策略

    A Combined Frequency-Time Domain Modulation Strategy for Optimizing the RMS Value of Inductor Current in Dual Active Bridge Converter

    • 摘要: 为了进一步提高双有源桥(dual active bridge, DAB)直流变换器在宽电压和全功率范围的效率,提出了频域下带惩罚因子的麻雀搜素算法来优化DAB直流变换器电感电流有效值(root mean square, RMS)的方法,利用相对谐波精度和相对差值来确定优化目标的谐波次数。针对频域下的优化变量,进一步提出采用频域下的优化变量与时域下的换流点相结合的调制策略。最后,搭建了1 kW DAB变换器的实验平台,验证了所提出的调制策略的有效性。结果表明:该调制策略下的最高实验效率相比传统的调制策略提升了3%,高达97.53%。

       

      Abstract: In order to further enhance the efficiency of dual active bridge (DAB) DC converter over a wide voltage and full power range, a frequency-domain-based pigeon search algorithm with penalty factors was proposed to optimize the root mean square (RMS) value of the inductor current of the DAB DC converter. The harmonic order of the optimization target was determined using relative harmonic accuracy and relative difference. For the optimization variables in frequency domain, a modulation strategy combining the optimization variables in the frequency domain with the switching points in the time domain was further proposed. Finally, an experimental platform for a 1 kW DAB converter was established to validate the effectiveness of the proposed modulation strategy. The results show that the maximum experimental efficiency under the proposed strategy reaches up to 97.53%, which is 3% higher than that of traditional modulation strategies.
