    季节性储能在电力及供热部门转型中的潜力与作用——模型介绍

    Potential and Role of Seasonal Energy Storage in Transition of Power and Heating Sectors—Introduction to Model

    • 摘要: 当风电、光伏渗透率达到较高水平时,月至季节尺度的能量供需平衡将成为电力和供热部门的重要挑战。为研究煤电和季节性储能的季节性能量调节作用,建立了考虑电、热、氢的相互作用,具有多种时间分辨率的电力和供热部门转型路径的研究方法,形成了基于电力和热量平衡的电力和供热部门长期规划与短期运行多时间尺度联合优化模型工具。该模型描述了高比例可再生电力和供热系统的长期发展目标和短期运行的约束,可用于研究煤电和季节性储能在解决季节性能量供需平衡问题中的作用,并推演了电力和供热部门的整体发展路径。

       

      Abstract: When the penetration of wind and solar power reaches a high level, the monthly-to-seasonal energy supply-demand balance will become a critical challenge for the power and heating sectors. To investigate the seasonal energy regulation roles of coal power and seasonal energy storage, a research methodology for the transformation path of the power and heating sectors was developed that considered the interactions among electricity, heat and hydrogen, incorporating multiple temporal resolutions. This approach formed a multi-time-scale joint optimization model tool for long-term planning and short-term operation of the power and heating sectors, based on electricity and heat balance. The model captured the long-term development goals and short-term operational constraints of high-renewable electricity and heating systems. It can be used to study the roles of coal power and seasonal storage in addressing seasonal energy supply-demand imbalances and project the overall development pathways of the power and heating sectors.
