摘要: 针对风电机组建模过程中不同尺度动力学特性耦合的问题,提出了一种风电机组的多尺度动态级联扩展式建模方案,并基于该方案设计了10 MW风电机组仿真模型与整机多场景虚拟测试方法。利用该方法可以实现机组运行特性与齿轮箱中各零部件振动特性和载荷特性的解耦,可以高效地进行风电机组柔性多体动力学特性的仿真,并且能够灵活地开展多场景的应用分析。结合多种仿真软件对所构建的10 MW风电机组模型进行了运行仿真与多场景测试,分析了该模型在不同工况下的整机运行特性与齿轮箱模型的振动特性和载荷特性。结果表明,所设计的10 MW风电机组多尺度动态级联扩展式仿真模型的整机运行特性能够满足预期控制目标,且在不同工况下齿轮箱模型的振动特性与载荷特性均能达到设计要求。Abstract: To address the coupling of dynamic characteristics at different scales during wind turbine generator system modeling, a multiscale dynamic cascaded extended modeling scheme was proposed for wind turbine generator system. Based on this scheme, a 10 MW wind turbine generator system simulation model and a multi-scenario virtual testing method for the complete machine were designed. This method enabled decoupling of the operational characteristics of the wind turbine generator system from the vibration and load characteristics of each component in the gearbox. It allowed efficient simulation of the flexible multibody dynamic characteristics of wind turbine generator system and flexible multi-scenario application analysis. The constructed 10 MW wind turbine generator system model was subjected to operational simulation and multi-scenario testing using various simulation software. The operational characteristics of the complete machine and the vibration and load characteristics of the gearbox model under different operating conditions were analyzed. Results show that the designed 10 MW wind turbine generator system multiscale dynamic cascaded extended simulation model achieves the expected control targets for the operational characteristics of the complete machine, and the vibration and load characteristics of the gearbox model under different operating conditions all satisfies the design requirements.
